6. User-Generated Content

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that the User-Generated Content is accurate, not confidential, and not in violation of any contractual restrictions or other third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove or refuse to post any User-Generated Content for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms of Service or applicable laws.
